The bank accounts of minors do show parents name too. So, if you can produce any document, showing the same, I think it would work.

My wife's birth certificate is in Kannada and I have managed to get it translated by a certified translator. However, they are unwilling to provide me an affidavit. According to the cic website, we need an affidavit signed by the translator. I am now in a fix. Please let me know if there is a way out here? the translator is a certified translator. Will it be ok not to have an affidavit. ne1 who has got thier docs translated on this forum, how did u get the affidavit?
please help.

The sealed envelope prepared by Mumbai university for education verification only has stamp on the flap closure, no signature from officer. will that acceptable to WES?

That would work if that is the standard procedure followed by your University, many like requests come to the Uni for attestation so they know what they are doing and do not worry.

I think you need to get it Notarized and it will work.

Applying under NOC 0112 (HR Manager)

i am BSC Punjab university, MSC(Microbilogy), MBA(HR) both from gurukul kangri university, regular course
WES only gave me 4 years bachelors equivalency hence getting only 21 points
IELTS i m scoring 20 Points
Age im scoring 12 points
work experience i have 6.3 years (3.3 years as Assistant manager HR then 3 years as an Executive in top notch pharma firm)
so i guess i will get 15 points
so total score comes out to be
Education=21
Age=12
IELTS=20
work experience=15
total=68
Now my question is as
1) i m applying for HR manager, but my degree is from Non recognized university related to human resource shall i apply?
2) i got the reference letter for work experience from both the employer and job duties are equivalent to the NOC 0112, HR Manager, will they consider my work experience relevant to HR manager? (i have everything related to my employment like form 16will and salary details plus both of my HR head said they are ok with any kind of verification )

kindly help as i m done with all my docs only DD need to be prepared, want to apply by monday....pls pls advice...

Finally Finally after some stressful days, today morning when i checked my ECAS through my old TRV identification number ------ My ECAS has opened and Status is ----- In Process
App Rec. date ---- 15th May 2014
NOC --1112
DD charge date ---- don't know ----- My bank was going to charge me 100/- dhs for status. Don't need to know it now.

My Consultant will call me probably tomorrow i suppose, since Friday is a holiday in UAE. Will update on any updates soon.

Patience Patience and Patience and a whole lot of stress. Cant tell you how i feel now.

I don't know how to update the SS, can some one assist.

I have got MEDICAL REQUEST mail from email id--DELHIIMMIGRATION @ international.gc.ca on 4 September.

In addition to that, My ECAS is also updated as below.

We started processing your application on September 2, 2014.

They have requested all documents to be submitted by 20th Oct 2014 including PCC. how do i get PCC so fast in Delhi.

My application reached CIC office at May 16th 2014.

Today Sep 5th I got the PER email.

Next step, I need to apply for the PCC from India as well as I need PCC from USA FBI.

Can anyone help me out how to get the FBI police clearance certificate from hyderabad.

My Queries -
how to pay the fees?
There were no mention of any docs to be submitted unlike others who have posted in the thread. Does that mean, the docs that i submitted earlier would suffice?
In the email they have mentioned as - "Medical forms for all sent by a separate message". Does anyone got a follow up email on this. Do we need to wait for this? Where can i find the list of registered hospitals wherein i can take up MR?

Any other activity that we need to perform apart from this?
