Dear @ ashif_eee

Please confirm, am I correct?

Yes you are right, BUT, don't let it be too close to your date of birth because anything could happen, such as delay of postage not from your end and other contingencies. Make sure it gets to CIC by October

Dear Friend, Please do not take my words negatively. If a blunder has been made it can't be undone now, so don't kill your brain over it. You might be worried sick right now, but that isn't going to help. I think you need to calm down, and let things happen naturally.

If ashif or Century share that there have been cases your refusal based on a similar case history then the proof of the pudding is right in front. Helping others tirelessly here neither of the two give a negative clue unless they are very sure of what it is. And I recall Century also shared a link with reasons for each denial from a previous year. You would be very, very, very lucky if you can still get a positive response, and who knows may be your luck can pull you to safety.

If I were you I would try and control nervousness as no use asking same thing to n number of people. Most are relatively newer and would not have enough reference points for you. And I would prepare / condition my mind for the bad news from CIC, just in case. Remember there's going to be another chance, if this didn't work out. If you got your package back soon, you can still correct the error and re-send. Good luck, mate!!! :)

Thanks Oscar for your kind words.

Hi Everybody. I am a newbie here. I just completed my application and got it out of the door today at 12 noon Singapore time. Phew! After going through the application atleast 15 - 20 times, thrice with my wife and correcting everything and making sure the forms and documentation is 100% in place. Took us from May until today to get everything water-tight. ;D Feeling happy and relieved at getting it out! Now comes the fun wait. Gritting my teeth already. Perhaps I have OCD? Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha...

hello dear,
at this moment I am in Head of Finance role. I have applied on NOC 0013 but NOC 0111 also relate to Head of Finance. Do you think my application will be returned. Please give me your expert advise.

thank you
best regards
Mehedi

I added my name into the Excel - hope that I can track this effort to get to Canada completely and I can get the status "Landed", into my display. 8)

[size=10pt][size=10pt]1. My sister is in Toronto. Should I give her as contact in the Respresentative form? Will that make package returning (in case of issues), queries, etc faster?
2. Need confirmation. The address to send for me under NOC 2172 is as follows:

Citizenship and Immigration Canada
Federal Skilled Worker
NOC Category,
Primary NOC 2011 Code: 2172
49 Dorchester Street
Sydney, NS
B1P 5Z2
Canada

UPS is quoting about 3,700/- Isnt that a lot? I'm in South India btw.

Brother,

If u have included Job details releated to below NOC code then u need not to worry about the application...

http://www5.hrsdc.gc.ca/NOC/English/NOC/2011/QuickSearch.aspx?val65=0013

And u can have the job exp of NOC 0111 but that does not matter...

As long as u have the job duties of NOC 0013, u will be perfectly eligible...

So relax... 8) 8) 8)

1. U need not to use Representative form for the correspondence....

In that case u can use her add on the mailing address on Generic App form....

2. Mentioned add is right...:D
