Dear Seniors,

Confused about sending my wife docs. Do I need to send her educational docs and job documents? Or is is okay just to send her IELTS score? Does spouse's 5.5 IELTS score will give 5 points for adaptability?

Thanks for your help.

Brother,

U need not to send her educational docs and job documents since Doc checklist does not indicate to do so...

Yes u will get 5 point for adaptability if ur spouse have IELTS score of

L- 4.5 ,R-3.5 W-4 S-4

Thanks Bro it will help :)

CIC mentioned to send all docs in 9"-13" envelope, I could 10"-13", is it okay to use it or I should put more effort to match exact envelop size?

Please help.

Nope. It got most of the information in English. Apart from this, NID is not mandatory document.

Thanks for your information.

CIO mentioned,"Put the completed forms, supporting documents required by the CIO and fee payment in a 23 cm x 30.5 cm (9″ x 12″) envelope"

If you can't accommodate all the files within this size try the immediate larger size.

Thanks.

Hi seniors,

Plan to send out application tonight for 1123. Almost done !!! Pls help on following

1). RE. UCI
Have a UCI number assigned last 2011 when our application was returned due to cap reached
Our consultant said leave UCI blank in form now since my husband is applying for a different NOC .

Is this correct ?

2 ). In the Generic application form ( IMM 0008) , number 11 question is ,
Date and place of your last entry to Canada

How come you cannot type info / answer in this space when we encode on the computer. ????

Can we just print form and just handwrite answer for this question 11.

Is that ok ?

Pls help
Thanks !

You should mention UCI number. This is a unique ID assigned to an applicant no matter what and does not ever change. This UCI should be that of the applicant. If you are the primary applicant, mention yours; if your spouse is primary applicant, mention his UCI.

If you are not residing in Canada (Question 10), 11 will be grayed out so, Question 11 Not applicable to you to fill.

Pls help
Thanks !

Answers in blue. Good luck!!
