Yes, professor, experience is relevant as long as it falls under skill level O, A or B of ANY NOCs and not necessarily it got to be within 50 eligible NOCs. See the link below:

Factor 3: Work experience (maximum of 15 points)

You will receive points for the number of years of full-time paid work (or the equivalent in part-time paid work) you have obtained within the last ten years. Full-time means at least 30 hours of paid work in one week.

You must have at least one year of continuous full-time, paid work experience (or the equivalent in continuous part-time work) in the primary occupation you specify in your application.

In order to receive points for all of the jobs you have had over the past ten years, your work experience must be in one or more occupations listed in Skill Type 0, Skill Level A or B of NOC 2011. Follow the Determining your NOC category instructions above to find the NOC 2011 category that matches your skilled work experience over the past ten years.

Bro nobody knows for sure, how a CIC processing officer would rate this omission on not signing the document.
I know it is a small mistake and not an expert on how cic works. However I would have sent another application form with a covering note explaining the same. At least it would reduce my anxiety level.
I had a minor error with my visa office as I had listed as New York. I did send out another application form with a note. I cannot say whether the visa officer corrected it himself or accepted the new form, but I did what I could have done.

Dear Seniors ,

I have couple of questions regarding the backgroundverification from FBI , I have downloaded the form but get confuse while filling the form .

My questions are mentioned below :

1) Residence of Person Fingure printed is this the rsidence where i lived in US or my current address .

2) Employer Address is it the address of my US organization ( Sister concern of my Indian organization) or the address of my employer in India .

3) There are many entries which we have to fill , which are unknown to me :

a) Your NO. OCA which i dont know from where i can get this number.
b) FBI NO I dont have the FBI number also , from where anyone get this
c) Armed Forces Number not sure its for me .
d) Social Security Number which i have
e) Miscellaneous number dont have any idea

4) Reason of Fingerprinted ( which i think is immegration

5) Signature of Offical taking fingure print ( which offical is supposed to take the fingure prints.

Please re-visit your last 10 yrs (or less) Employment History and see if you can get any 1 year Ref letters matching JD for another NOC (its already 39- 43 degrees C for 2174/ 1112).. 44 deg C here

If have worked in 3 organizations, can i submit affidavit in lieu of reference letter for roles and responsibilities of only 1 company which matches the NOC i'm applying (instead of getting affidavit forall 3 organizations) ?

For claiming 6+ years experience, i will submit appointment letter, experience letter, paystubs of all 3 organizations.

I am also planning to apply under 0111. I am bit confused as my job duty match with 0111 and 1112 partially. I have checked with 0111 JD, and found it match with my JD. Still want to cross check with just to get enough confidence on JD. Please see my responsibility below and confirm if you think if this is okay for 0111. Thanks for your cooperation. It depends on Visa Officer, if he's satisfied with all those documents (First Emp.) he may consider that 3+ exp as well. So you an expect to get total 15 points. Still the final decision rests with the VO
What is your Self assessment (points) ?

Just a caution : in Form 3 .Q. 12 a). have you filled the Current Occupation for claiming NOC eligibility

I shall require a score of 21 in IELTS if work ex is 13. Waiting for my IELTS score as we speak. Which IMM form are you referring to ? Can you please specify ?

Confused about sending my wife docs. Do I need to send her educational docs and job documents? Or is is okay just to send her IELTS score? Does spouse's 5.5 IELTS score will give 5 points for adaptability?

In order to get background verified for your stay in US , you have to get it in written from FBI for that purpose , We can down load a form from their site . These all columns are mentioned in that form , If anybody have completed his or background verified from FBI then please let me know .

If you know any one Ashif who did his BG verfied then please let me know

If u are talking about the US PCC which indicates to get the FBI report, then I have not traced such BG verification ... I have just downloaded form from FBI and applied with the below link guidance:
