You should try to get letters from all of your employers, because that is the requirement. If you can't, explain in an annexure why. Ultimately it is probably not going to give you a problem but if the local VO decides for any reason to dig further you want to be confident that you have followed all instructions as well as possible. Also you never know that you might need some points from those other jobs (which you can get even if they are not in your primary NOC), and it's easier to get points if you meet the requirements of the letter.
It's good that you regret it but ultimately you are responsible for the content of your application. If a consultant encouraged you to do something dishonest, that should have immediately been a signal to you that you should fire that consultant and not pay them any money and report them to CIC.patelsd84 said:

(1) Only the photocopies of the mark lists and the Academic Transcript Request Form has to be submitted to the University to be filled/signed by the Registrar or Controller of Exams.
(2) The sealed envelope from the university along with the photocopy of the degree certificate, transcript request form,DD,all together has to be put in an envelope and send to WES. Am I right? Please guide me if I am missing something. Thank you.
