I am from India. Can some body let me know which all classes are considered as high/secondary school? Can I consider 9th,10th,11th,12th standards for high/secondary school?

Hi All, I have a question, after filing the application to CIC, in-case we have to travel outside of our home country for more than 6 months, will we have to send fresh supporting documents for PCC from the visiting country and updated travel information and visa pages in passport?

Passport & Adhar card are not acceptable as an alternate to Birth certificate

However, 10th grade cerificate, if it has following info is acceptable

1. DOB
2. Your Name
3. Your Parent/Parents Name (either one or both)

If it does not have all 3 info, then u need affidavit.

Yes but they must be separate applications, each with an original ECA and IELTS.

Hello guys, I am collecting transcripts for my BE-Mechanical form Shivaji Uni (MH, India). I have following questions-

1. Do i need 2 copies of transcripts? one for ECA and one for application?
2. Is it required to send transcripts along with application?
3. Do we get transcripts returned after evaluation? If yes can we attach same transcripts with application?
4. My university is giving semester-wise transcripts and charging INR 800 per sem, in this case is it required to have two copies of transcripts?

Original transcript for ECA, but you can supply just a copy with your FSW application.

i need a help from you people.I was filling out forms and checked out there is a form for Use of a Representative (IMM 5476).As i am filling out my forms myself only and not using a representative.Then should i fill this form or not?

You only need to fill in that form if you are getting advice or assistance filling in the forms from someone like a lawyer or immigration consultant.

I have asked post earlier at waiting for reply i know you guys all doing the best for new commers and thanks for every thing.

My question is i have submitted bank statement where i have transferred funds from my parents account to mine two weeks before applying. would this be a problem can i explain that i have given funds to parents and they have returned it back would this be a rejection reason.

I forgot to notarize my wife's education offer letter which is I20 of my studies in australia. Hope this wont be a problem

My application was received on 14'th May and NOC is 2174. I was unlucky last year hope i make it this year. Fingers crossed.

If you are being honest about your parents returning money you lent them it shouldn't be a problem.

Your copy documents don't need to be notarized unless they are translations in which case follow the guide's instructions on translated documents.

Q7. Question about Qubec, I just kept this question blank. If you fill all the field from the question 1, it will be grayed out.
National Identity document:
Q2. NID, There is no expiry date and also there are some mistake in NID. Can I submit Birth Certificate instead of NID? You cannot submit Birth Certificate in place of NID. Keep the expiry date blank. If the mistake is serious, write not applicable.
If yes then which Expiry date I have to give as there is no expiry date as well.
Education/Occupation Details:

Q3. Current Occupation

I just written "Software Engineer"

Is it ok? OK

Q4. Intended Occupation:

I just written "2173-Software Engineers and Desingers" Software Engineers and Designers NOC 2011 Code 2173. If don't have enough space, Software Engineers, NOC code 2173.

Is it ok?

Additional Family form:

1. In section B, Where I can write Not applicable? No where. If you don't have spouse, sign on Section A and then at the bottom of page.

I have some query related to maintaining funds in my account. I'm married and so i need to maintain a fund of $14,720 in my account, at present i do not have that, so can i
1) Open a joint account with my father and ask him to put money in that joint account. Is this acceptted by CIC?
2) How long i need to maintain that balance, throught the application process?

Joint accounts with other people won't work. It has to be YOUR money, not borrowed.

The local VO can ask for updated funds information at any time. You will also need to actually bring that money to Canada when you land.

If you stay in a country continuously 6 month or more, PCC is required. You can send PCC during application or later on when your file reached at visa office.

The FSW program isn't a work permit. It's permanent residence based on the likelihood of the applicant establishing him/herself economically in Canada. You can review this guide to determine whether you are eligible.

If you really just want a work permit (temporary), that is a different program.
