With due respect I would like to inform you that I have sent my FSWP application 1114-other financial officers to Nova Scotia which was received on 09 June,2014 at 12.52 but still i am not notified.
I made a query to cic.....but it gave me some link which asks some tracking number.
My application is not returned to my address nor the payment is charged?
what can i do?

Again, I have now another problem. I have given my sister's credit card number(commonwealth bank, sydney). But some fraud advertisement company is taking money from it as she has given the card number and cve to the company. So she wants to change the card. But my payment to cic suppose to be done by that card. How can I change the payment system to cic now?

Again, if i am not eligible how and when will I be informed?

I will advise you send a new package as June is quite a long time not to have gotten any feedback from CIC in terms to CC Charge

Use a new credit/debit card if the initial one has been compromised as u clearly stated in paragraph two.

Most June applicants whose packages were returned should have gotten their packages via CICs snail post. However, if you haven't, try confirm from your postal agencies.

Ineligibilty of candidates are communicated either via email or by addendum attached to your returned package.

Please file in another package to CIC as soon as possible.

most likely CIC will charge the second application if you do not respond.

You please call them once you get the PER with UCI/file number details and act accordingly.

Hi all, please help, I send my app for fswp on aug 22 by fedex, which they handed over to other courier to deliver at cic, ns and never responded with proof of delivery, thinking its lost in transit, I prepared 2nd application with additional ielts result and send it by ups to be delivered on sep 22 confirmed


Now to my surprise, my cc got charged on 24 nov, so it seems cic received my 1st app around sep 3 and charged for completeness check.

My question, what should I do to 2nd application and avoid other charge on my cc for 2nd app received on sep 22

Should I block my cc or call cic, or cic never charges 2nd similar app, or fax n email cic, (cic never replies before 40 days) before meantime they may make second charge.....pl help

Bro are you sure you scored a 4 band each in Writing and Speaking. Minimum required is a 6 band in each of the skills.

Budd i think you have a problem in your IELts..the min in FSW is 6..you have 4 in W & S..

I have my UCI as I applied in FSW2013 and got NER.
Till Yesterday I was checking ECAS, it was showing me information of my previous application.

Today I checked again and it is showing- We are not able to identify......

what does it means>>>>>>>>.
This is good signal for my FSW2014 application My application reached CIC on 17th september


Please comment on this need to know anyone faced the same things???????????

If you haven't made any mistake writing your scores of the Writing and Speaking skills I am sad to tell you that you cannot apply under FSW. The minimum for each ability is 6 points. Please check your scores again.

Update: Just noticed your post that you made a typo. If you have 6 in both abilities you are good! Good luck.

Guys I had my PCC Appointment today. and i was directed to meet Asst. Passport officer who sent me back due to following reasons.

My passport carries my permanent address where my parents stay. and I stay in a different city due to the nature of my job. I stay on Rent and I have following documents to support the same.
1) Rental agreement (Notarised): But Passport officer asked me to provide rental agreement more than 1 year time and registered one. Please note the fact that all rental agreements are generally 11 month leave and license.and registering the agreements is a costly affair so owner is never keen on doing the same. so this doesnt work.
2) Gas connection : i provided them with cash memo copies of my gas connection which he didnt accept saying he wants the same details in the gas book itself. it was not funny but he even asked me to get my wife's name and both our photos to be provided in the gas connection book.

Please note beyond this following things could have worked for me

1) Post paid connection (I dont have the same as my company provides me the connection)
2) Bank statement (I dont have account in a nationalised bank)
3) Water bill and electricity bills are obviously in the name of owner (So cant help it)

The fact is Asst passport officers are powerful people who can make or even break you. I tried my best to explain him but he insisted that i should change my address in the passport. this looser happily wasted my time and irritated me and now I am taking following steps.

1) I have got my gas connection book with address update and me and my wifes photo signed and stamped.

Please note the fact that I am not going to provide any other document to him when I visit next. AS this was the requirement told by him.
IF next time he changes his requirement then I may as well choose to complain against him/slap him/go to Media/Complain in the anti corruption bureau.

Lets hope i dont need to do this.

Guys, this is just one of the experiences that should motivate us all to vacate this country asap and pray to god that we all move to canada asap!!!

By the way seeking assistance on 2 questions.
1) Can i get one more appointment without making extra payment for me and my wife (Rs. 500 each )
2) As per CIC website.PCC can be obtained from Commisioner of police and other similar ranks. while they also mention that the PCC given by passport office is valid as well. My question is does anybody have any idea if the PCC from Police commisioner works? has anybody given the same to NDVO ? Please guide!!!
