Don't worry. Request your bank to unblock. tell them what fradulent activity are they talking about? Its better to ensure that they unblock the card first....if that doesnt work then you should look at other options.

yet to get my PCC done. but basis guidance from various members from group. 1) PCC issued from passport seva kendra is valid & 2) PVC (Police verification certificate) issued from police commissioner's office is valid too.
