Friends...I am planning to apply for NOC 1123 by Dec 3rd. As per latest update 341 complete applications have been received.

Should I apply for FSWP 2014 or should I apply for Express Entry (I am a bit worried about the CAP).

Also is the number given on the website a count of the total PERs?

I am out according to current statistics. When can I expect an email that I am not in CAP or I will receive my package back.

hope for the best,,,, it will come ,,,,, it is based on NOC & appl date also,, so may be in 7 - 10 days here n there from standard arrival may happen, but hope for best, be cool n positive...... DD will be delay but it is sure n safe ......

Hi All,

I was going to courier my document and at last moment the Generic Form has been changed....
Now the question No. 4 "Immigration Office requested for processing this application" where we select local Visa office has been removed....
Please suggest me what to do... How CIC will now come to know which is the local Visa Office.
Also last month when I downloaded the document checklist it was showing the date October 2014 at bottom of the page. But while checking right now, its showing August 2014, which is correct.....

Please advise immediately.....

All the stay is less than 6 months; Whether PCC is required for supporting member also? If yes how to get PCC from Saudi and South Korea? Any experienced candidates pls help.

No need of PCC in this case as stay is less than 6 months.
PCC for dependents above 18 yrs of age also required for countries including home country AND EXCLUDING CANADA, where stay has exceeded 6 months at a stretch.

Bro,
for PCC dont request PSK because you will get dates for PCC after 50 dates. Better contact local commissioner office. Fill the form and pay the fees-> take that filled form to your area police station and they will fill your details and two witness and give clear report, which needs to submitted to commisioner office and Commissioner office will issue PCC with two days after submitting report from local police station. Total duration is 5 days Max.

I guess the delay depends on the psk... For me, i booked an appointment online on a wednesday and got the pcc on that friday
