My app was received on 7th Aug. never got charged (CC) so I don't know the rejection reason. I will get to know the reason once i receive my app back.

I tried calling them today. they said you should write to CIC and that's the only way to get to know your application status. So please don't waste your money and just write to CIC with your full details. Hopefully you will get a response soon.

Call your courier service they can return your package before it reaches to CIC. i have done that once. they may charge you for this but they can stop the delivery and return it to you. hurry up.

I am not saying it was returned by NDVO or CPCO. applicants for whom app has been returned are from NDVO and CPCO. sorry for the confusion.

After looking at the SS it seems like last return date was 23rd July for NDVO and 21st Aug for CPC-Ottawa. I am also in the same boat just that my application receiving data was 7th Aug. NOC 2171 CC.
