Yes, absolutely right - an applicant needs to have a job offer in order to apply in Express Entry 2015 program,
You can check details on CIC website or Google it EXPRESS ENTRY

At the time of applicantion, job offer won't be required. An applicants will be put in a pool where potential employers will pick up applicants based on certain parameters. They will be given expression of intent and then the actual process of immigration will begin for these selected candidates.

I was going to courier my document and at last moment the Generic Form has been changed....
Now the question No. 4 "Immigration Office requested for processing this application" where we select local Visa office has been removed....
Please suggest me what to do... How CIC will now come to know which is the local Visa Office.
Also last month when I downloaded the document checklist it was showing the date October 2014 at bottom of the page. But while checking right now, its showing August 2014, which is correct.....

Please advise immediately.....

canol I understand that it no where written anywhere on cic websites that those apps reaching after 31 dec to cio will be placed under express entry.

but read this paragraph again, especially the last sentence (copied from this link http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/complete-applications.asp )

As of May 1, 2014, there is an overall cap of 25,500 for new federal skilled worker applications. This includes a cap of 500 applications from PhD students. There are also sub-caps of 1,000 for each of the 50 eligible occupations. The caps do not affect people with a valid job offer. These are the last applications we will accept under the current system before Express Entry launches in January 2015.

the last sentence itself makes it clear that these are the last applications they are receiving under FSWP2014.......until express entry launches in Jan 2015.......means that from Jan 2015 all the apps will fall under express entry program, now again they haven't mentioned it anywhere exclusively but again this last sentence was also not there until previous month....they modified their paragraph last month and added this sentence.......so they can modify it late as well and add or delete something.

I know its not 100% sure but these things are indicating it.

Hi canadamylove, I agree that the website is poorly worded, but in case of ambiguity, the ministerial instructions in Canadian Gazette will obviously take precedence.
Anyways, we will have to wait till January. In case no fresh ministerial instructions are issued to cut short FSW2014, then it will surely continue till April 30th 2015.

But I guess your score is 7...

He isnt asking the average IELTS Band, but IELTS points and points will be 19

Yes. thats what I feel. I'm assuming Sept application and not November application. Date format issue.
