Yes I feel all Sept applicants for 2171 should be safe. My view though.

After Cap , CIC didn't charge any application earlier , therefore there is very least possibility to be in cap for September applicant for 2171

Hi all...my application was returned in august and i had sent rectified application again and it reached on 4th september. Just want to know is there any chance of getting it reject again due to other reason? I mean rejection was due to birth certificate issue. Can i assume all other documents are in order? So if i have sent rectified application can they reject for other reason? Can i assume other completeness check is perforned and other documents are perfect?

Page containing ur [personal details are the bio page....Send that page only...

In India, the last page of passport also contains certain personal information. It needs to be sent.

Hi canadamylove, I agree that the website is poorly worded, but in case of ambiguity, the ministerial instructions in Canadian Gazette will obviously take precedence.
Anyways, we will have to wait till January. In case no fresh ministerial instructions are issued to cut short FSW2014, then it will surely continue till April 30th 2015.

Dear all, File the application before Jan 2015, express entry is not an easier and it is clearly depending Canadian employers and of course CIC requirements. That means one more additional requirement to the criteria. If they start express entry on Jan 2015, would shut down the current FSW program surely. There is no sense to open two fsw program simultaneously; one is complicated than the previous. canadavisa.com news updation declared regarding the ending date of the FSW 2014 program earlier. check the news links.

Dear Seniors....Need your advise...
As posted before, I have recd a confirmation from my bank on DD encashment (for my Aug 8 application NOC2132)....hope this is a sign that PER will happen soon...
My son is currently studying in US and turned 18 when he joined the univ. Should I take pro-active steps in applying for FBI PCC for him even before receiving PER mail....I hear from this forum that FBI PCC takes atleast 4 months on an average....
It will be of great help if someone can advise...

That is right. Again this is the pattern observed as per the SS.

That is wrong. According to updates here, PER comes after charges regardless of App received date.
E.G If u get charged today for app filed Aug 28th, Your file will be on queue for PER before July applicants waiting to be charged.
