can anyone reply i have applied for fsw 2014 and my application was reached on 11th july till now my credit card has not been charged there were total 24 entries as per global spread sheet from that 14 got charged and per and rest of 10 are not moving since long can any one advice what would be the cause and what will be the chances m reaqlly worried please reply ....

Simple Rule....
All communication is done by cic with PRIMARY applicant and you all are in 1 Application.

all docs should be in 1 single envelope and send them via courier to LVO.

It is perfectly OK, provided the reference letter is printed on the company letter headed paper, mine was exactly done as I am telling you and I have my PER.

Guys,

Today I read on the forum that CIC only considers 'Reference Letter' issued by HR. is it true? Mine is issued by our manager and HR is not aware of it.

As it is clearly noticed, each VO has different mechanism which differs from one to another but they are always following the role" don't handle two tasks together. For example , NDVO & SVO prefer sending of MR's and after that they will send flow of PPR's but, on the other hand CPC VO, is going for spiting their time , 7 - 10 days for sending of MR's & 7-10 days for checking applications and another 7- 10 days for sending of PPR's continuously.

Lost my mind after reading that an 18th June applicant was rejected AFTER receiving the UCI number!! Super scared now since I share the same date? REALLY hoping to get an MR request soon

Dear fellows, as I mentioned before LVO has asked me for UK police certificate tough I stayed there only for 4 months, that (UK PCC) I have received already. They have also asked me to explain about few year that what I was doing during that period (unemployed), I have explained that too. they have asked me to send a new schedule A background declaration form for YOURSELF the visa officer has mentioned so I have filled only for myself I believe that's correct too..

they have also attached a form & mentioned form should be filled for YOURSELF & I have filled it for my self but on the form it is mentioned should be complete but all above 18, so shall I fill it for my spouse as well?
Filll 2 form: one for yourself and another for all. Add a cover letter and explain why providing 2 forms.

on the form they have asked about address I have written all my permanent address but im confused so do I need to write about the address I have stayed in UK also though it was staying with my family friends. If you stay more than a month in a certain place, you may consider writing it. I have separately mentioned about my address in UK as the officer has asked for it.

further he has asked for more evidence to prove my relationship with my relative (my sister) in Canada & also more evidence of your family members residence in Canada - NOA , job reference letter but my sister is not working she is a home maker so is it ok if I get these documents for my brother in law?? I have already sent electricity bills her passport copy her PR card copy & a bank statement on her name & also the documents showing she owns the house they live in, kindly suggest what I can send this time..
To show proof of relationship, use BC of her an your to prove common parent. To prove she is currently living Canada, use her credit card statement as well as the bank statements.

my last question I have changed job after applying which I have mentioned in the schedule A declaration form which I have filled again, do I need to send any supporting documents like offer letter?? Joining letter or Experience letter
