I have crossed the border with COPR and re-entered Canada with no issues. Of course, with routine questions asked by the customs, When I will import the car? do I have a job? where i will reside ... etc.. but finally completed.

Hello seniors! Has anyone sent PR cards from Canada to US via FedEx or UPS? I had to go back to US before they arrived and now I may not drive by road to Canada. So I must have PR card in order to travel. Thanks for your advise!

Seniors, one more question about landing. How many days it will take to update ECAS status? I have completed landing 1 week ago and still not showing it on ECAS.

Congratulations for landing !! I am in the same boat as you. I am updating my address using "Address Notification" and will wait to see if that will change my mailing address in system. If so, PR cards should be mailed to that address and anyone (friend/family) can pickup and forward to me.

They have refused to take friend/relative address, and gave form 5456 to fill and fax after leasing or purchasing a house in Canada. However, few forumites wrote that they have just updated address online using "Address Notification", but is it still working? that I am not sure. Seniors...

Hello, Please confirm if you have received your PR cards mailed to the address that you have updated online. I am in the same boat now and would like to do it as you did and not sending the 5456 form as I do not have a lease agreement yet.

You are right. You can opt for courier service to dispatch passports after stamping to your office. In my case my house is not covered by Blue Dart so I asked them to hold it at my nearest location and picked up from there.
