I'm in the same boat also my application was received on July 14 and didn't get PER, but if you check the ss you can see there is 11 applicants on July 14 and only 6 get PER, so we still have some hope.

Finally got my GCMS Yesterday.

Surprising facts:
> They created my file almost a month before my PER.
> They share all your info with the USA.
> I had an Auto-Email assigned for issuing PER almost a week before I got my Actual PER. But then it was cancelled.
> NDVO received my package within 2 weeks of PER.
> They started to work on my file early Oct and forwarded my file to ECU.
> Just my criminality is In Progress (Cause i submitted PCC) Rest all is "Not Started".
> CIO, NS has added a big paragraph about the points and eligibility and verification.

This is all I could decipher which might help waiting applicants. For sample GCMS notes goto http://www.gcmsnotes.com/Sample_GCMS_File.pdf.

Rest is almost the same as in the above sample.

Hopefully someone can help me understand more.

No Bro, it's AOR email from CIO NS, I know CIC only sends PER email but somehow I received AOR three days after CC charge. I kept on waiting for PER (positive eligibility email) but not received any as yet

This is a little confusing and unclear.

After your CC was charged, did you receive a PER before you received the NER ?

Or did you receive the NER right after CC charge ?

Also, how do you know that CIC did not consider a part of your total work experience and your adaptability ? Were these elaborated in the NER ?

I would appreciate if you can be a little more transparent.

Guy, i am sure now that my application is rejected because most july 14 applicants got their per. I will prepare another application asap. Do i need to wait for application to get back to me?

July is still on so Keep hopes alive with your first application, my suggestion is to check your old application copy and find if there is any gap.

There is no harm in filling second application, file it with credit card as payment option after thoroughly checking the copy of your first application only.

Hi i m posting this again as i m not able to locate my previous post.
I received my per on 1 st oct. vo- NDVO
My previous employer organization is relocated and ph. No provided on the letter head is nt working. Can this may effect my verification process... Or they may inquire from me for any change..
Or should i send mail to ndvo for this change.

by mistake I have created a duplicate entry in SS.
requesting the admin to remove the old entry. Its under the name of "harryghuman" the updated one is by the name of "harryPb"

96 days are gone since my file received @ CIC. No DD en cashed No PER and Not file receive back....what is your view about my file is it ok or not? i am 5th Aug. applicant...and one thing u know how many application received and how many reject under category 4011 university professor and lecturer?

I reckon, your completeness check is already over. You will have to wait for probably 20 days more before you may hear about your DD being encashed and per might be after another 25 days.

Payment charged: 3 October 2014 (as per PER email)
PER received: 6 November 2014
