The below queries are mine only for walkin for PCC only

1) I have downloaded and filled this form "PassportApplicationForm_PCC_English_V2.0" available on the Home Page http://passportindia.gov.in/AppOnlineProject/online/downloadEFormStatic of PSK site, filled it correctly and taken printout. Is this the right approach?

What i understand from ARN, it is the number which is generated post filling the form online successfully. Correct me if i am wrong?

Hi i m posting this again as i m not able to locate my previous post.
I received my per on 1 st oct. vo- NDVO
My previous employer organization is relocated and ph. No provided on the letter head is nt working. Can this may effect my verification process... Or they may inquire from me for any change..
Or should i send mail to ndvo for this change.

Lost my mind after reading that an 18th June applicant was rejected AFTER receiving the UCI number!! Super scared now since I share the same date? REALLY hoping to get an MR request soon

Every thing is perfect one flaw in my application i just found is , in one of the job reference letters , hr person didnt put his title and name , but only put his signature along with company stamp in company letter head


Can it be a cause of rejection ? Please advise

He/she didn't Get PER so y are you afraid. PER establishes that you are qualified in the race.
