Today I read on the forum that CIC only considers 'Reference Letter' issued by HR. is it true? Mine is issued by our manager and HR is not aware of it.

I have heard that USA & Canada share the same database for intelligence. Hence share data for immigrants and people who enter and exit Canada.
So they disclose your info to USA.

Hope i am clear. Even i am not so knowledgeable about this.

What do you mean by they share info with the USA?

It's mail from CIO - so it is NER and got to be right after cc charge.

Correct. But he has stated that he received his 'file number last week' before he received the rejection email ... which is what makes the whole thing a little confusing.

Guy, i am sure now that my application is rejected because most july 14 applicants got their per. I will prepare another application asap. Do i need to wait for application to get back to me?

Misconception!! Most of the 14th July applicants haven't even been charged.

Thank God !!!!! They updated the CIC website ..... After a long while v cn c what r they doing there. Can anyone tell me files with what submit date r being charged at this point ... mine ws submitted on Sep 15, 2014.
