My application was delievered to CIC a month ago, and now I need to send additional documents. The problem is I dont have delivery details, so can I send the documents without this details?

Please advise!!

Send them anyway. And don't forget to mention the date on which they received your application, your first/last name, date of birth, UCI (if you have one), Application Number (if you have one) and any other details that may help identify your application.

I have to ask a question for a friend. He has job experience for both graphic design(NOC 5241) and advertising (NOC 1123). NOC 1123 is open now, he will apply from that category. But he wonders if his experience as a graphic designer will also count? Should he obtain a job experience letter for his graphic design experience?

I wish to know is Visa valid for 12 months from date when MR is sent or the date when Medical exam is performed?

IMPORTANT NOTES about Visa and Passport validity:

You should ensure that everyone in your family has a passport valid for a minimum of 12 months from the date of the most recent full medical examination. Visas can only be issued to a maximum validity of 12 months
from the date of your most recent Immigration Medical Examination (IME) assessment. If your family has medical examinations on different dates, the validity of your visas will be 12 months from the date of the first assessment.
If any one of your passports will expire before 12 months from the date of the medical examination, your visas will expire on the date of the first passport to expire. If your passports will expire soon, it is in your interest to obtain new or updated passports to ensure your visas are issued with maximum validity.

I think you were suggesting POF for 2 members. So in INR it is around Rs. 80,8138/- as of today. May be when CAD was at its highted the amound was around INR 880000/- but definetly below 900000/-. I believe you were trying to say Rs. 898000/- 8)

My immigration consultant had sent all documents, so I dont have actual date of delivery. I am tired of asking the delivery details to them...
so can I send it without delivered date?

I have relatives too. I checked "Yes", but didn't attach any proof as I was not claiming any points. Seem every thing went through perfectly.

I am in the ame boat buddy , We are 14th May and still waiting from NDVO . Not sure why its taking so long , some time keeping patience is difficult but dont have any other option.

I don't no whether to congratulate applicants (NDVO) who have got their second line updated or what...Honestly there is an applicant on SS
vivesehg whose current status is "We started processing your application on September 2 2014" has not received MR request as yet..Im in same boat..No news yet..
I don't no when will NDVO guys start issuing MR to us...n obviously wait is killing but still keeping the cool and fingers crossed..
Any update from those who have got second line update ...Kindly post it.....
Admins kindly guide us as when can we expect MR.....

I'd say that it's rather negligent on his part to not track your application. At least, now you know who NOT to trust .

Well, what's done's done. Try one last time to get the date from him (if he knows it). If not, send them a ballpark figure. so you can tell them that your application should have been received by then between July 5 and July 8th (example); just so that the guy at CIC who's trying to help you will find it easy to find your application.
