Dear Friends - Please help. I received PER today morning. However when I try to check my application on the CIC website:

services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/authenticate.do?app=ecas

using my details, it says that they are unable to locate my application. Is it because I only got the PER today morning and it takes some time to get updated or there is something wrong?

Any info would be much appreciated.

I have to ask a question for a friend. He has job experience for both graphic design(NOC 5241) and advertising (NOC 1123). NOC 1123 is open now, he will apply from that category. But he wonders if his experience as a graphic designer will also count? Should he obtain a job experience letter for his graphic design experience?

Hi, Yes he should get a letter with all his experience. Not all experience should be in the NOC s/he is applying for. The general experience is used to give points up to 10 years back.

It takes a few days to update, don't worry as long as you received the PER email

Re posting -
My second application for NOC 2173 got charged yesterday(29 Oct). My first application for NOC 2174 got charged on 29th Sept.

My questions are -

1) I haven't received PER for my first application. So do you think because of my second application is it delayed? I am waiting for more than 30 days.

2) How many PER email will I receive now? Two or one?

3) At which stage will they ask me to withdraw my second application?

I am facing problem while filling form number IMM 5669 - SCHEDULE A BACKGROUND/DECLARATION

I am trying insert details of my education, history & address, point number 7, 8 & 9 respectively. The names of the institutions and addresses are not fitting into the column as it has some font restriction, how can fill this details? can i attached separate annexures for this.

Attache separate sheet mentioning point no, Name and applicant type, and annexure form for which sheet is attached.......

IMPORTANT NOTES about Visa and Passport validity:

You should ensure that everyone in your family has a passport valid for a minimum of 12 months from the date of the most recent full medical examination. Visas can only be issued to a maximum validity of 12 months
from the date of your most recent Immigration Medical Examination (IME) assessment. If your family has medical examinations on different dates, the validity of your visas will be 12 months from the date of the first assessment.
If any one of your passports will expire before 12 months from the date of the medical examination, your visas will expire on the date of the first passport to expire. If your passports will expire soon, it is in your interest to obtain new or updated passports to ensure your visas are issued with maximum validity.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I will get my passport renewed soon so that by the time PPR comes I will have my new passport ready.

In the application forms I've sent, I have put down current passport number. Is it required to submit new forms after new passport is available or are we simply supposed to notify VO about new passport and send them a photocopy of bio page?
