Can you guys help me out in thins question!?!?!?


CIC already has my application since 27th August, but reading this forum, I realized that nobody has made the same thing as I did with the Proof Of Funds (POF) part....

I hadn't had enough funds to demonstrate, so I was told to insert my IRS declaration.

Actually I had the Proof of funds for 1 person, but I am applying with my wife, so I needed to show more usable money, right?!?!

I really triple checked all the documents and I am confident that this is the only issue... Roll Eyes

I do have more than Enough money to prove now, so If they ask, I can send a new POF right away!

Do you guys think that It might hinder my CC charge and/or my PER HuhHuh??

Hi,

Is it 100% sure to receive PER if your status gets updated to "In process"- We received your file on June 30, 2014.

Pls reply. And howmany days will it take to receive PER after status updated?

It's the declaration we must do to the government every year.... so I show every incomes and outcomes and then pay the tax for it!

Income Tax, perhaps?!

So dear forum friends

Today I sent my documents for MR to NDVO. Contents are below given
1. Photocopies of Passport front and back bio pages of me and my spouse.
2. Original Pcc for me and my spouse which were issued on 25Aug 2014.
3. original Acknowledgement of medical completed for me and my spouse.
4. RPRF in INR 53400 For me and my spouse as DD.
5. Document request letter which was received in MR mail.
6. A cover letter from my side.

Please confirm me if I have everything ok. SS will be updated shortly.

Question to forumites: I had a baby last month (after my application was sent to CPC in July) when is a good time to update the CIC about the newborn? We have applied for her passport already, yet to receive it.

27th Aug will take some time to process by CIC. I would suggest to send new POF as additional docs to CIC if available, as income / tax declaration will not be construed as POF.

Hello Seniors,

I have a question regarding my current designations. Although i work as software Designer, NOC 2173, My designation in current organisation is not in the NOC list. My employer has issued duly signed experience letter on company letter head stating job duties of a software designer.

could that be a problem ?

As long as job duties match, it is fine. Designation isn't important.
