Experts, I got PPR request from CPC-O and I am in USA. the mail says to send a prepaid shipping label from canadapost with passports. However, when i try to buy the label it asks only for a canadian biliing address. Please suggest how to proceed.

Are you sending by courier or regular post ? The PPR email states that courier is only for Canadian address and for outside Canada , it is regular mail. Btw received PPR yesterday

Dont worry, I never got a response back either with extended time. However, i would suggest that you keep tracking number of your application sent to FBI , snapshot of CC charge from FBI OR DD encash confirmation (if anything), save email copies of your mails to CPC asking for extension..

All , I called fbi just now. Processing 3rd nov as others have mentioned. My app reached reached on 31st October and she said they will be mailed out on Friday for both me and spouse . I forgot to ask about what the report says . Any idea ? Do they send report of fingerprints were not readable...

I don't think MR can be extended. The mail will clearly say you have X days (usually 30 days) to complete the Medicals. pCC time can be extended

You can do upfront medical exam with the physician and get the UME# for her. It is "Upfront Medical Exam" . For others you will get IME request called Immigration Medical Exam. I did the same Waiting will increase processing time for your application

Don't worry. I never saw the 2nd line and have directly got the 3rd line I.e Medicals have been received
