Please advise on this one.
My file is transferred to VO but I found out that on the Additional Family Information I mistakenly put my Mother's year of death as her DOB. The correct information is on Schedule A however.

Do you think I should send an updated Additional Family Information Form to VO?

They don't provide status on phone, call center guys have been instructed for this. If you have UCI or file number, you may still try that.

For email, I wrote to them on Aug 27 and still not heard back from them.

Last year they replied within 20 days

My CC was charged on 26th Sept and I've also not received PER. I think it will be on Monday, positively.

Stay positive Syed. Because your DD is already realized, more chances are that you'll receive PER.
