If my husband applies to NOC 4011 on December 22nd after he gets IELTS results will his application arrive to CIC befire End of December. If not will it fall on Express Entry and application get returned as FSWP. Really scared.

SVCANADA...one last question...how to receive fingerprint report from FBI? I have read below article

" Due to changes in processing, effective October 12, 2013, the FBI will no longer accept return self-addressed stamped envelopes with Departmental Order requests. This includes pre-paid Priority Mail, FedEx account numbers, United Parcel Service, etc., foreign postage coupons, and requests to forward correspondence to the Department of State for the apostille process. Envelopes received postmarked after this date will be destroyed. The FBI will return all results, both foreign and domestic, by U.S. First-Class Mail via the United States Postal Service. Thank you for your patience as we try to streamline our processes to improve our service to you."

how to use pre-paid mail service for this ? Is it flat rate service ?

You don't get a fingerprinting form from FBI, its there in the website. Take a print out and get fingerprinting done at the local police station.

And i used USPS Priority Mail to send across all the forms to FBI..

I applied in USA and did my medical in India. But only after I received my MR. You need the medical form to take the medical exam. UCI number is not sufficient to take that test. in addition to UCI, there is a IMEI number that is needed for the test. And that number is on the MR request form. So if you get a MR while you are in India, take the test in India. Hope this helps. I took my test in Pune and my ECAS status with medicals got updated in a week.

First off, I’d like to thank everyone for this forum. The quality and amount of information is amazing.

I would like to give a special thanks to the seniors that developed the SS. It is truly an amazing tool and very reassuring – it makes me proud to apply for the same visa as you guys!

I am applying to the NOC 0013, I have everything ready, and I hired a lawyer to help me with the process. I would very much like your help with a few confirmations:

- When I first discovered this program, I thought that I needed as much points as I could gather. So I took both IELTS and TEF (French Test); My forms are already signed, with my lawyer, English is my first language but the forms mention French. Since I have enough points, and the TEF will only arrive at the end of the month, can I just send my application without the TEF? May I be punished for this or will this be ignored?

- I know I don’t need to show assets, but I have already translated all the documents that show my assets. Will it hurt to send them? Is it better to send my documentation with or without the assets?

Once everything is ready I’ll send my info to the SS.

Language information should be at a different page than your signature, so you could just ask your consultant/lawyer/representative to print a new copy of the language page without french and you would be fine.

I think it is good to have your assest papers for your update/interview if it is needed but don't send them now.[/flash]

No info about the RPRF though. And it's critical to have visa stamped.

Hello,

If the primary applicant has 67 points. Do they have to send spouse educational documents and wes? What all spouse documents are required ?

Check the document checklist to see what documents are required for spouses. No ECA or IELTS are necessary unless you want to claim adaptability points.
