Hi,

I am May 20 applicant NOC 2173. Got PER on 9/11 but yet to know status on AOR. I chose VO as New Delhi eventhough i live in US. Will my VO be automatically changed to CPC-O or will it be New Delhi. I am seeing few people who got PER after me got their medical request so getting worried where my application is stuck

Yup indeed its very frustrating... and they say multiple things... 1st time when i called bc they said they cannot provide without acknowledgement... 2nd rep was good and asked me to send proof of delivery and passport copy and they may provide 2nd TRF...
i sent all that but, no response so, had to call again and again got same response that they cannot give without acknowledgement... i had a a long argument with them but was of no use.

I would also try my luck with CIC to get an ackn.. since, u already tried. would help if u can share on what should be the subject line in our mail + contents of the mail to get a response...

call up BC and ask them in which form they require acknowledgement? CIC doesn't provide acknowledgement....... if any kind of affidavit can work ?

there is no harm of this and this doesn't lead to rejection.
But friends, why unnecessary increasse burden of your file and CIC. Provide them what they have asked for ? they need only Principal Applicant's documents...
Consultants who dont know anything just try to give impression to their clients that they are on their job....
Before going to consultant, one should read the instruction guide of cic.gc.ca thoroughly to avoid becoming fools in the hands of bunch of jokers (Consultants).......

SVCANADA...one last question...how to receive fingerprint report from FBI? I have read below article

" Due to changes in processing, effective October 12, 2013, the FBI will no longer accept return self-addressed stamped envelopes with Departmental Order requests. This includes pre-paid Priority Mail, FedEx account numbers, United Parcel Service, etc., foreign postage coupons, and requests to forward correspondence to the Department of State for the apostille process. Envelopes received postmarked after this date will be destroyed. The FBI will return all results, both foreign and domestic, by U.S. First-Class Mail via the United States Postal Service. Thank you for your patience as we try to streamline our processes to improve our service to you."

how to use pre-paid mail service for this ? Is it flat rate service ?

I applied in USA and did my medical in India. But only after I received my MR. You need the medical form to take the medical exam. UCI number is not sufficient to take that test. in addition to UCI, there is a IMEI number that is needed for the test. And that number is on the MR request form. So if you get a MR while you are in India, take the test in India. Hope this helps. I took my test in Pune and my ECAS status with medicals got updated in a week.

I paid RPRF fee online by credit card. I have a question. While filling address on the receipt, what address should i put? Communication address registered with CIC/Visa office or Address registered with credit card

Address on my credit card is different than my communication address (in records with CIC/Visa office)
