0013 is not going to be capped so you have time to include your TRF if you wish. If you are borderline on points you can do it to have a cushion. If you want to print a new page that is fine, but don't claim any fluency in French unless you're going to include the TRF.
Hey seniors,
Just to be crystal clear on this matter, everybody agrees I should either:
- Change my Generic Application Form so that it doesn’t claim any French knowledge;
- Wait for the TEF to arrive so that everything that is mentioned on the Generic Application Form is confirmed;
Because the lawyer’s opinion is that since my main language is English – as stated on the Schedule 3 – I only need to send the IELTS and the Generic Application Form may mention I speak French.
Actually, reading the Generic Application Form and the Document Checklist I tend to agree with the lawyer’s opinion on this subject. On section 9 of the Checklist, they say that “If claiming points for both official languages, submit test results for both”
What’s your take?
