Found this information on link for second copy of IELTS results: http://www.ielts.org/test_takers_information/getting_my_results/getting_my_results.aspx

Please read the text : You will only receive one copy of your Test Report Form, unless you are applying to Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC), or United Kingdom Border Agency (UKBA) – in these cases, you can receive two. Proof of application to CIC and UKBA must be provided.

I am not sure what kind of proof they want from CIC but I think using this way we can get second copy of our IELTS result.

Once you have got the UCI number then it will remain same for you. You can send email to CIC mentioning your UCI and they will tell you the reasons why they have returned your application.

Yes you can mention the same UCI in new forms.. All the very best this time

My application was returned last year and I got UCI number.

I know its Unique client ID , however do you have any idea whether they maintain any kind of data like Name, NOC applied, etc for the applicants who applied earlier for the said UCI.

Because we need to put the same in application form as well.

Hi,

I am working for Bank of America as an Assistant Manager - Learning and Leadership

1. This category falls under HR, but I do not have Human Resources word written in my appointment letters. But I have checked at various places that The Learning and Leadership comes under Human Resources

2. To get my Jobs and responsibilities I need to contact the Head of Department of Learning and Leadership and there is a chance they may refuse it. Contacting the HOD, means I stand a risk of loosing my job as company will start searching for my replacement. Can I make an affidavit of my jobs and responsibilities along with reference details of my Managers, who can verify them when contacted? I have a letter which states my Employment tenure (6 Years), Salary and Designation.

3. Should the Designation be same as in NOC or can I write Assistant Manager - Learning and Leadership

4. I am in this organisation for 6 years and have got 2 promotions, but they will only provide me the letter stating my current designation only.

1. Learning and Development is part of HR field. HR word in your appointment letter is not mandatory as long as your job duties match with the categories duty.
2. Seems you have a good relationship with your manager. Reference letter not necessarily need to be signed by HR or departmental head. Your supervisor is good enough to do it and in fact it is the best. Get the letter signed by your supervisor/manager on a letter head paper.
3. Not sure. Ask other. I wrote Occupation and not my designation.
4. No problem. You provide the photocopy of promotional letter - that will do.

Anyone else waiting for DHL to deliver today at CIC?? My status is till the same as it was on Friday 11:10AM "Departed Facility in Ontario Service Area". Anyone who has used DHL in the past can please shed light as to when can i expect delivery and also people in the same boat please update if you have any information.

N number of times I told in this forum not to use DHL.
Sorry to say ur Doc will reach tomorrow to NS. They won't deliver. Bright chances r there to deliver on Wednesday 2pm Canada time.
Wait & watch other service deliver other applicant doc. No option.

Is there any need to translate military service card for countries where military service is compulsory? I didn't even go to military service, and I got a card issued by my government saying that I don't need to go. Is it necessary to put this in our application at this point?

Yes I have faced the same problem. No regular updates from Ontario to CIC by DHL.

Mine is unfortunately taken 72 hours from Ontario. But considering only Business hours, it should be delivering today. The problem is there has been no update on the online tracking system. Anyways, lets hope for the best.

Whenever we apply, they scan the barcode page of the generic form and generate the UCI. So, anything you said in your generic form last year, it is there in the CIC system.

i agree.. but your statement is true only if one filled a generic form online. however, my file was also returned last year, but i did not fill in any documents online, rather i've printed out all the forms and filled them by hand. in cases like mine, i believe, they only scanned name and country of origin, for the reference. therefore, my UCI might have only such info. this is my point of view.

As per my point of view you will be in CAP as 0112 NOC was not listed in 2013.
