Hi friends,

I am preparing my application for FSWP 2014. while filling up the document checklist, I see there is dependent declaration form which is Form #2. I have 2 dependents and that has been included in generic form. So, i will not fill #3 form on checklist. Is that correct? Do I have to explain CIC while sending out my application why I am filling up this form.

Also, I am filing on my own and not hiring any lawyer or consultant so I will not fill form #7 as well and will I have to give explanation as well.

As you have less than 5 dependents, you don't need to fill Additional Dependants/Declaration (IMM 0008DEP) and keep the box unmarked. You don't have explain this separately to CIC.

As you are filling yourself, you don't need the form "Use of a representative (IMM 5476)" and keep the box unmarked..

Anyone else waiting for DHL to deliver today at CIC?? My status is till the same as it was on Friday 11:10AM "Departed Facility in Ontario Service Area". Anyone who has used DHL in the past can please shed light as to when can i expect delivery and also people in the same boat please update if you have any information.

I have given my credit card details for payment. But for each transaction it asks for password, now as I have not given the password, how CIC would charge my credit card.

DHL guys take 4 business days to deliver your courier. From Ontario Service Area to Nova Scotie Area they take 24 hours to deliver. And then immediate another business day deliver your courier to CIC. So from Ontario to CIC they take 48 hours to deliver your package.

YOu are okay buddy ! No need to worry. Canadian Govt institution doesn't require any passwords.

I think that password is only required for online transaction. CIC make transaction through POS machine and so no password should required. You can also call at the Call Center of credit card provider for confirmation - tell them CIC will use POS machine and not online transaction system.

Mine is unfortunately taken 72 hours from Ontario. But considering only Business hours, it should be delivering today. The problem is there has been no update on the online tracking system. Anyways, lets hope for the best.

Yes Sagarsegi, Century is right 3d Secure passwords are only required for registered merchants with VISA.
