My guess is that they are trained to say that. 1 year from the date your application was received.

I only studied the discover canada book a day before the exam. Questions are not very difficult. Options make it a lot easier.

I recieved PPR mail at 3 58PM IST but at 4 06PM IST another mail with the text "Delhi (Immigration) would like to recall the message Exxxxxxxxxx".

No. But I just recieved another mail saying We would like to recall the mail. :o :o There is some serious shit happening there.
