Hi Ajx,

Is it mandatory to resend new IELTs with new applications.Please reconfirm what you are saying. Its a nightmare to sit again for the test.Here in Saudi the British council doest not issue 2nd copy of the IELTs certificate.

Sorry to say mate, it is better to resend your app, because your current app is going to be rejected for sure.
luckily you have not lost many days, so hurry up but at the same time stay calm to avoid any error in app.
And don't forget to send copy of your degree/ diploma/transcripts along with original ECA.
In addition you need another original of IELTS TRF.

You should not be doing step 3 that you have mentioned. The attested marksheets should be sent from the university directly to WES. You can ask your university about the procedure and they will tell you how to go about it.

Meanwhile, does everyone apply this same way? I thought we sending the forms is easier and can avoid delay.

this is so WES knows the documents aren't tempered with

Yes, university will send - you will act as their post man. Get the sealed envelop addressed to WES from your University and handover it to courier paying the charge. ;D ;D

Tips: You can send both your envelope and University's envelop together through courier; put both inside the large courier package. It is accepted by WES.

Whole package has been returned. So no question of adding to original file/application at CIO.

Dear don't u think he can send original ECA as additional document and with cover letter requesting to add this report with original package .

You must have got a mail from local VO asking for RPRF online payment, this should also have the detail of how to pay online.
Check your mail again my friend to look out for details

for 2 adults , 490x 2 or 550 x 2 ?? and for child under 22 ?

and in online payment , fraction payment is not possible , it is either 2 or 3

Thanks, So University would not have to directly courier it to WES. Rather I can get the sealed envelope and send it alongside my other document. this is what I thought. If I let university courier it to WES, I am not sure how long it may take

Optimistic estimate = June 23 to reach its CAPS.

Some calculation below:

Looking to the past 5 weeks update
[Aug 18] = Jump in caps (116) | Overall (313)
[Aug 25] = Jump in caps (091) | Overall (404)
[Sep 02] = Jump in caps (077) | Overall (481)
[Sep 08] = Jump in caps (056) | Overall (537)
[Sep 15] = Jump in caps (125) | Overall (662)

The average of last weeks Jump in caps comes to (93), if we consider this fugure as an average jump in remaining caps it will be estimated/assumed as under:

[Sep 22] = Jump in caps (93) | Overall (755)
[Sep 29] = Jump in caps (93) | Overall (848)
[Oct 06] = Jump in caps (93) | Overall (941)
[Oct 13] = Jump in caps (93) | Overall (1034) - 3.5 weeks for 1000

Ar present CIC is running after week 5 of May, with the above scenario if we do a math with appox. 3.5 week to reach its CAPS.
we can assume that by June 23 NOC 2174 will might get done with its limits.

Above is purely based on last 5 weeks assumptions/median.

When do you thinks 2174 will be filled? Ours was received June 20. I'm seeing a lot of estimates that, that NOC will be filled by June 10.

One question. .Did you receive your IELTs certificate back in your package from CIC?If you haven't received it , has they mentioned to resend a new IELTS certificate when reappling.
