as i have already raised my concern regarding my fee payment, once again i would like ur alls help. I got PER letter and in that they mentioned they received my payment of 550CAD, but my DD was of 1100 CAD for me n my spouse.

I have emailed them but as u all know they will take 30days to reply, yesterday even called CIC but they said its just processing fees... not a satisfactory response from them.. what should i do in these case now?

I have already emailed SBI bank from where we made our DD they said "The draft has not been presented to us till date" :-[

please help me how to solve ths BIGGEST prob.

I was working with company networks


Now company by name Jupiter has its one branch or company in India by the name Jupiter telematics.

Jupiter acquire another company in india in which i was working i.e jupiter now acquire Networks so the name on the letter head becomes Jupiter networks.


Now, Jupiter closes the complete unit Jupiter Networks in india and said that he want only one company by the name Jupiter telematics. So HR told us that as Jupiter Networks and Jupiter telematics are two different companies of the same company Jupiter so we have to resign from Jupiter Networks and rejoin in Jupiter telematics.

Jupiter Networks and Jupiter telematics both are companies of Jupiter. we can say that they are sister concer companies

In which you don't need to mention Jupiter a/b/c just take reference letter showing you are working with Jupiter since so n so ( 1st day of ur work with Jupiter ) till now .

The average of last weeks Jump in caps comes to (93), if we consider this fugure as an average jump in remaining caps it will be estimated/assumed as under:

You mix between the number of applications CIC processes per week, and the number of applications they receive per week. Those are totally two different figures. While 93 is the average number of 2174 apps they process per week (based on your calculations which by the way I do not fully agree with because CIC also has other NOC's to work with which adds a lot of noise to this average you came up with and reduces its credibility), but assuming 93 is an accurate average for the 2174 apps they process, this does not mean that they receive a weekly average of 93 apps under 2174. So, yes, probably CIC's update on October 13 will witness the closure of NOC 2174, but this does not necessarily by any means tell anything about the date at which the application #1000 was received.

Let me try to explain with living example and not a-b-c

For example part of ranbaxy pharma (poultry) was sold to Pfizer indirectly and then zoetis took over that part .
Now person who was working with ranbaxy from 6 years then eventually with Pfizer for another 2 years and now finally with zoetis from last one year or so ... Zoetis will give 1 year work ex... And ranbaxy got dissolved so Pfizer ( that vertical )


In this scene employees face challenge to get total 9 years exp .

let me try to explain you clearly we can take example of ranbaxy

Ranbaxy is the originial company. This company is MNC take for example is in canada and they expanded their company in india by name Ranbaxy tecnomatics
i.e Ranbaxy has one branch or company by name Ranbaxy tecnomatics in Inida.

Now Ranbaxy acquire another company by name datamatics in india and the new name of the acquired company is ranbaxy datamatics


after 2 years Ranbaxy decides that he want only one company and want to perform all the work done by ranbaxy datamatics under one company so he told the employees to resign from Ranbaxy datamatics and join the Ranbaxy tecnomatics.

so worked with ranbaxy datamatics for 3.5 years and then working with ranbaxy tecnomatics from the last 1.5 years. In this case i can get the reference letter for sure from the ranbaxy tecnomatics but i am not sure whether they can also provide the reference letter for ranbaxy datamatics.

Though both Ranbaxy tecnomatics and Ranbaxy datamatics were the companies of original company Ranbaxy.

There have been cases where we have seen June 12th applicant getting the application back, and that happened 15days back from today if i recall correctly. What we can conclude is there is a initial completeness check done by CIC before they are charging this time. Looks like they are making changes to their process for 2015 EOI and doing a dry run for it.

Hello Seniors

Please can anybody tell how to get PCC from Singapore? I stayed 9 months there (Sep-08 to June-09)...

I asked the singapore police on mail they said that they may need official letter from any country regarding need of the PCC by applicant... As they stopped issuing this since long back only to non-citizens....

Citizens can get any time...

So problem is the no.of days when NDVO (MY EMBASSY) ask for submitting PCC of all countries (45 days). Singapore may delay in this which can adversely affct my application...

Yea, I can understand about the number of days that you're worried about.
Thanks to couple of co-SG members here, I submitted my Application in person at COC Office along with printout of PER email.
You can try that as well.

Turnaround days for COC Letter is 15 working days. If you're going to request from outside SG then add transit days of mail, which might be like +1-2 weeks.

In the worst case, what should i do to add my spouse name as well in application? i need to pay again 550CAD for spouse, do i need to sent it to CIC or NDVO?

I think some sort of cementic checks are there coz the 9th June and 12th June applicants were returned due to NOC mismatch. Now NOC mismatch means they did the semantic check of whats in the docs rather than are there complete set of papers per the checklist.

As i had asked before about informing cic or local vo office about address change and pregnancy.i got an answer for that. But i wanted to know do i get a mail from cic about the file transfer to my local visa office or no. If i do not get a notification about the trnasfer then wheb should i inform them about the changes in my status.
