what is valid as national id then?

Your Aadhar card (i.e if you have one) is a valid National Id, if you do not have one, just leave the field as No.

In India there is no National ID so mark it as No.

For Birth proof use Birth Certificate . If u don't have birth certificate then following options -

- From Municipal Council take "No Found Certificate". That should be in native language, if in English then no further action required else u need below additional docs
- Translation of No Found Certificate from Notary
- Translator certificate that he is authorized to do translation
- Along with "No Found Certificate" submit an affidavit stating that in case of no BC, u r submitting No Found Certificate
- Submit - 10th Certificate with your DOB and parent name (MUST)

Not sure about the content but as you go to the authority to make one, just tell them i need an affidavit from my mother and father declaring my DOB as i have lost my birth certificate. they are experts in that, its their daily job

Is this "No Certificate Found" needed? Deal is that I will have to go all the way to my native for approaching the muncipal council as I dont think the muncipal council of the place that I currently stay in might help me in this. I was wondering if an affidavit and the 10th certificate suffice...

Hello,

I didn't attach BC with the application. How much it can affect me now?

If you attached your 10th class certificate (mentioning your DOB and parents name), it should be fine.

Thanks

I can see cases of rejection for birth certificate not attached for spouse in the rejection comments. I think they take it pretty seriously. Am worried about my spouse's BC as I think I sent the hospital acknowledgement receipt of the hospital where my spouse was born.

Want to Correct here... AAdhar Card is not a "NATIONAL IDENTITY" so please donot use that.

National ID cards have Issue date and Expiry Date (as asked in CIC form too) and Adhar card doesn't have any expiry date

Question Regarding Signature

Hi,

I am sending my Forms tomorrow .

I just want to confirm whether i am right in this ..

On Schedule A Background declaration form (INN 5669) and on Additional family Information (IMM5406), both principle applicant and spouse need to fill separate forms .

Does both the applicants need to sign on both the forms ?( ie Primary applicant need to sign along with spouse in spouse's form and also on the other way)

Can anyone confirm.... ;)

NO!
spouse will sign own form and PA will sign OWN form!
(only 1 sign on 1 form).

Hi Hartej

What your hr saying ? If any of your colleague working with you since "Jupiter" 1st profile , can sign reference letter/s for you

In which you don't need to mention Jupiter a/b/c just take reference letter showing you are working with Jupiter since so n so ( 1st day of ur work with Jupiter ) till now .

P.s. This is just a suggestion.

Hello Gsw,

Yes, My manager and my colleague were working with me in Jupiter datamatics and they also resigned from Jupiter Datamatics and joined Jupiter tecnomatics ... we all were working in datamatics earlier.
I do not know what to write in reference letter. According to you we can simply use as

i am working with Jupiter from dash to till date. and do not use the word jupiter datamatics and jupiter tecnomatics.
but the offer letter i have is of Jupiter tecnomatics, not of Jupiter
Very stress full to provide this reference letter but we have to do it otherwise going to lose points .

please suggest.

Guys!
here is Operational Manual for CIC officials dealing FSW applications received on or after 4 May 2013.
i think it will help a lot of new applicants to understand so many things!
