Re: Question Regarding Signature

Hi,

I am sending my Forms tomorrow .

I just want to confirm whether i am right in this ..

On Schedule A Background declaration form (INN 5669) and on Additional family Information (IMM5406), both principle applicant and spouse need to fill separate forms .

Does both the applicants need to sign on both the forms ?( ie Primary applicant need to sign along with spouse in spouse's form and also on the other way)

Can anyone confirm.... ;)
The forms must be signed and dated by the person filling

Hello Seniors,

I really need your help. I am 14th may applicant. I have checked in bank 3 times and they said my DD was cleared
on 22nd August. But till date, I haven't heard anything. I think if my application was somehow got NER, they should
inform me through mail.

Or in case of NER, is that the case that they do not send any mail and send the packet back? I haven't received my packet yet.

I have mailed to CIC but didn't receive any response from them.I have applied through consultancy. They just say wait for sometime.
I argued with them that its too late but they use to say I am too impatient and the said not all cases
are same so it might be taking time for my case.

Please help me. What should I do in this case? I desperately need seniors suggestions.

"No Found Cerificate" is an option but Affidavit with 10th certificate will do :)

Is this "No Certificate Found" needed? Deal is that I will have to go all the way to my native for approaching the muncipal council as I dont think the muncipal council of the place that I currently stay in might help me in this. I was wondering if an affidavit and the 10th certificate suffice...

Hi Varuen,

Thanks a lot for your response. I have sent the mail in the same format you have mentioned. Mail has been sent on 8th Sept. I am clueless
regarding my application since DD was cleared almost a month before. I am feeling helpless atm. Anyways thanks for your suggestion.
