Hi, When you apply PRTD from India are you sending email to CIC with both IMM5444 and IMM5524 forms or just the IMM5444 form? This confusion is because VFS site still refers to the 5524 form but the document checklist refers to IMM5444. Thanks for your help.

Thanks for the replies. Their passports expire in 2 years. So no issues regarding that. (They got their TRVs up until the end of my previous work permit date hence the difference in dates).
