I think NewDelhi office works at lower pace compared to all other offices. There are plenty of applications for NEWDELHI the number does not decrease from day to day....

Are 7th May applicants updating the news or just skipping......... I expect there should be MRs for 7th May as the time frame is just 30days between PER and MR.

My application for fsw 2014 in 2173 noc was received at Nova Scotia on 23rd of May. Till date I have neither received a file number nor a rejection mail. However some of the members have received the file number even though they had sent the application later than me.

Can some one please guide me what should I do now, as I have not received rejection mail or my application, I can not even consider it as rejected. Any suggestions?

Current status of 2173 is 218 application (till 2nd sep)

Relax! CIC is working on 16-21 May apps for DD or CC charge. Your turn is about to come.

Also PERs have been sent only till 14th May applications so far.

As times goes by, surrender value generally increases. So I think, it should be acceptable. Note that, stock, whose price fluctuates, is acceptable is acceptable by CIC.

APsK is a 2nd may applicant awaiting MR and Rprf request... So you can make a guess. And how r u so sure about time frame of one month.. have u read it somewhere on cic website. Pls let us all know

Dear friend

Every application has different level of check / diff noc / diff positions / diff travel history n so on....
So that could be the reason for discrepancies although they receive file on the same date
(For example if person worked for one company , done thoroughly expected duties , pof is clean n clear , sent Pcc as well along with file , no more modifications / clarifications needed .... He/she gonna get final result sooner than person with multiple address / exp / multiple bank account / vague travel history n so onnnn..)

While I cannot help you, you seem to have got that sentence from the WES website not the CIC, so I think most people here may not be able to help you. I think it would be better to contact WES with your question, because most of us are not from Romania.

In my humble opinion, I think the WES is referring to the certification provided under the Hague Convention. While Canada is not a member, WES values that certification. For the Canadian immigration process, whatever the WES says, they accept. So I say, go ahead and get the apostille by the CNRED.

That is my problem, CNRED does not issue certifications provided under the Hague Convention, they just validate that the document and all the signatures are authentic with other kind of stamps. I have sent an email to WES, but no reply from them...and the time just flies away

Please help!!!!!

My original application was received at CIC on Aug. 7 2014 but I just noticed that I screwed up big time :
1. My spouse and I forgot to sign the Additional Family Information Form.
2. 3 of the forms are the old version (not the new August 2014) version.

I have already checked that I can get another copy of my original IELTS result pretty quickly. My questions are:

1. I am assuming that my original application from August 7, 2014 will be rejected/returned? Is this 100% sure?
2. I had sent a dd for the fees, will they return that or keep it if the return the original application?
3. Should I go ahead and send another application package with the errors corrected? This time I will put a credit card instead of DD.
4. I am applying under 2171, so is there any point in sending a second application let's say by September 15, because the 1000/25000 cap will be reached?

Please help asap so I can decide how to proceed....thanks in advance.
