It is generally advisable to stay in Canada till you get your PR card. Leaving Canada without PR card can cause problem while re-entering..

My 4th line is updated as well: A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.. Both, ecas 4th line and PPR email came simultaneously, i.e today morning. I'll prefer vfs for transmitting passport..
