    I would say that you are lucky that DRD responds to your CSE as he never replied to me. Just tell when & how you raise CSE means by sending email or raised through website?

    Dear there no update of third line for medical yet & no update from LVO. I raised 3 CSE's but no response. Unfortunately I have Program Assistant DRD who don't like to respond to CSE's :(

    Dear I think you are lucky that at least DRD replying your CSE cause in my case & as per other forum members he/she never replied to CSE :D No need to worry InshaAllah PPR will come soon though I am also waiting from same DRD.... ;D

    Yes but you have to sign Authorization letter in the name of the person who will submit your passports.
