Hi Guys,

Just a quick question on PCC. It looks like I will have to send my application without PCC, as it won't be ready by then.

Do they still send out the PER email, even if I haven't submitted the PCC? Or do they wait till they receive PCC before making a decision or sending out PER email?

You'll get PER and can send PCC at the local VO stage.

My application just reached Sydney CIO as expected! Signed by M.KRSZWDA.
Just so you guys know, I sent it through FedEx from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Took it 3 business days to get there and I sent it to the PO Box and it got delivered just fine. I'm so relieved. LOL.

Hi guys!

I have a big issue - on my reference letter there is NO date of signature. The company just did not write such date when signing the letter - the letter is from my present job and I took it a month before applying but they did not write the date when signing it.

So is there someone who has a PER (Positive Eligibility Review) who has a reference letter with no date of signing the letter? Is it an obligatory requisite for the letter???

A friend of mine told me this could be an issue so it is very important for me to know. :-\ :-\ :-\

Is there a date anywhere on the letter? Hard to believe a formal letter can be written without a date on it...

It is must to give bank montly account statements ? Or a bank balance certificate will do ??
Those who got per by submitting balance certificate only kindly share..

I submitted only copies of bank statements, and for a couple of accounts just screen shots, no special "certificate" or anything from the bank itself. Already got PER.

If i remember correctly, this BAD LUCK has happened to 2 applicants already.......... my suggestion in this case wud be to book an IELTS and send the score as an "additional doc". Better be safe than sorry.

People regarding the documents in the application. Can they be fastened with staples or paperclipped or should every single sheet of paper be free from one another?
The translations will make no sense if they change the order since some documents are more than 5 sheets of paper.

For Citizen ship requirement (4 yrs stay): The spouse shud be basically on "governmental assignment outside Canada" here is the link ...........

1. If u r spouse is Canadian Citizen (no requirement of governmental assignment")
2. If u r working for Canadian Business

but if u had a Canadian wife u wud not have been on this forum 8) ........... so no need to be concerned abt it ............ its also highly unlikely that ur new employer will post u outside Canada.

Hi Guys,

I am a 1111 Applicant , my app received on July 29,

i see the Gap is now 56 and we they only received till 15th may applicants...

If things continue this way, by experience, will i still catch the Gap ?

For sure. If 1111 fills at all it will be late in the program year.

By the speed they are erviewing the applications there are chances they have already reviewed your file , I remeber one person reported that his 30th May file has returned due to soem job description issue so there are chances they have reviewd your file and if you havent heard anything then they might have cleared it i agree with Shah that you can apply for fresh IELTS .
Hope for the best and prepare for the worst

:-[ I found an alarming sad matter that one applicant was rejected named Rohan85 in spreadsheet whose ielts was going to expire after 17days as before PER (i guess). I sent my application as received on 9th june but my ielts expired on 30th june. so what will be my case :'( :'( :'( :'( is not it fair to receive ielts validity if ok on received date?????????

Language test results must not be older than two years upon date of receipt at the CIO.

Each application is date stamped on the date it is received at CIO-Sydney
