:-[ I found an alarming sad matter that one applicant was rejected named Rohan85 in spreadsheet whose ielts was going to expire after 17days as before PER (i guess). I sent my application as received on 9th june but my ielts expired on 30th june. so what will be my case :'( :'( :'( :'( is not it fair to receive ielts validity if ok on received date?????????

If we go one step back, applicant will be charged only if s/he is within cap.

Correct, if they have seats available then only they will process and Charge payment.

It is purely bad luck of Rohan and mistake by review officers. Don't worry on this. You will be OK.
