You will have to tick Yes for them to accompany you. When you get your PR visa, you as Principal Applicant can land alone in Canada first and your wife & kid can join you later (as long as their visas are valid). IF you tick NO, they will not get visas (I am not even sure if Local Visa Office will process your app or not) and than it'll take ages if you sponsor them later on. For now, you'll have to show 3 persons funds.

POF should be PA's name or accompany spouse name u cant show POF if ur spouse is not accompanying u as a dependent

I am chartered accountant from Pakistan (ICAP) and my institute is appearing in "NON-UNIVERSITY HIGHER EDUCATION" section of WES webiste and i have arranged my institute to send the required documents directly to WES.

In this section "NON-UNIVERSITY HIGHER EDUCATION" WES has not required the documents of secondary or high school. Do we have to send these documents of secondary and high school as well? If yes then can i send it my self after getting its attestation from notary public?

No need to send secondary & high school documents for this purpose to WES. They will ask you if they need any document if required & will tell you as well what to do.

My uni. is not sending docs directly, but they will give me a sealed cover and i will send that to WES. My query is: I this case do i need to send a academic records request form? As my uni. is telling that we wont sign that form?

No need to send secondary & high school documents for this purpose to WES. They will ask you if they need any document if required & will tell you as well what to do.

Thanx Nadeem for quick reply but they have recently emailed as follows:

Quote. "You can send us all your credentials starting with your high school and also you can ask the institute of chartered accountants to send us your transcripts in stamped and sealed envelope and we will review it." Unquote

The form needs to be signed and kept in the sealed envelop along with the attested copies of ur academic.and yes u can send them by urself

Fun expect reply from coz they hardly reply emails.u better track ur package delivery online using ur tracking number or contact ur delivery agency.the delivery took me 10 days.BT it depends upon ur location and courier.so expect 7-10 days

Hope they received ur appl. They will complete within a week. Can I know how much fee u paid in dollar. Whether u selected course by course OR document by doc.

Dear Members,

My Application was just delivered today at Nova Scotia for NOC 2133. I hope this time I can make it within the Cap.

Query: In my application "generic form" I forgot to write my immigration centre but I hope it wont be a problem as my entire application states my country and other details. Should I still email CIC and inform them about this, otherwise my entire application is complete and I got a total of 81 points.

I cannot get my Job duties letter signed by previous employer. I have two questions.

1. Is there a specific format in which I have to produce the affidavit that my employer is not givign the job duties?
2. I have my petition for US Visa that lists my job duties, can I use the same as my documentation for job duties?
