Yes the CIO will not intimate you unless you email them and enquire about the status of your file. secondly LVO do not send AOR whereas New Delhi Visa Office do send AOR.

@ Ammani You have to email them to find out the status of your file. I emailed them on 16th June and I received their reply on 29th July that my file has been transferred to London Visa Office.
