Get a attested n sealed copy from ur university n send it via courier urself .

Do we need to attest the certificates from TU and HSEB to submit to CIC as well ?

The form needs to be signed and kept in the sealed envelop along with the attested copies of ur academic.and yes u can send them by urself

My uni. is not sending docs directly, but they will give me a sealed cover and i will send that to WES. My query is: I this case do i need to send a academic records request form? As my uni. is telling that we wont sign that form?

That is perfectly okay if university is not signing that form. As long as the transcripts are in Univ. sealed document, it's fine.

both you and your wife need PCC. Infact, it's required for all the applicants in your application.

Sorry, i misquoted my query. In my case, "Thermal Design Engineer" is not an EXAMPLE TITLE, infact it is an "Index of Title" (which is at the end of NOC guideline) for another NOC which is not eligible but job duties are different and educational requirements are basic (Secondary with experience or bachelors), while my duties match that of eligible NOC, my visa is as EXAMPLE TITLE and i have Master's degree and advanced renowned certifications.



Could you plz reply questionwise to both

1. What should i fill in Schedule 3 Q 12.a?

You can put either, Mechanical Engineer or Thermal design Engineer, both will work.

CIC is mainly concerned with job duties matching your NOC.

I have applied under Noc : 4011. Already couriered my application and expect it to be recieved on 7th May.

I have degree with the title Telecommunication engineering and all the courses on my transcript are same as of electrical engineering.

can i apply as the categories don't have explicitly telecom but electrical ?

In case justification need to be provided, what should one write in that?

I have send my application today
I checked (yes) in her passport and write same passport number for her mother
and I sent a cover letter and copy of passport receiving receipt
and her birth certificate

I am having PF statements signed and dated in the month of December, 2013 and I am working in the same company.
Will they work because now they are not ready to provide me same

Refer to Rawdah's previous post...... Secondary School certificate in which following are mentioned

1. Atleast one parent's name
2. Date of Birth is mentioned

I dont think character certificate mentions atleast one parent's name, secondly I doubt if character certificate is an official document.
