Finally I got my PER mail

First I thought it was a regular news from cic, but the email id was something different, I opened it and was surprised to see that it was a PER Mail. I was shocked in the beginning, then I checked my name and address and then confirmed it as my PER.

Congratulations to all who got PER and All the best for those waiting.

Please, help me from here guys, because I have applied independently no consultancy, I dont know the process. from here

I have not sent the PCC with the application.

In how many days after receiving they will request for it as I need to get ready with PCC from many countries

CIC does not ask for PCC. They will process your app without that.

When you will receive PER and your file will be transferred to local VO, then they will ask for it. Most likely with MR.

I just got my IELTS scores and its lil less than what i expected, can forumites pls confirm points I make for my scores

L 8
R 6.5
S 8.5
W 6

its 21 i know I just need some sort of validation

I think im making 67 points but its too fine to be confident about my app. do you think I should go ahead with my app

IELTS 21
EDUCATION 23 OR 22 ( I have a PGDM in management which is equivalent to MBA)
Age 12
Experience 11

So if I dont get 23 points for my education there's no point to send my app. I have sent an email to WES for confirmation on my PG.

pls share your opinion on my eligibility

1. Got my PER before while I will change to a new employer. So according to the PER letter, I have to inform the visa office, would like to know whether I should send email (and to which mail address) or I should actually visit the local visa office directly for the notification ?

Buddy can't do any thing except praying so keep your fingers crossed. Many people have given feedback for the reference letter that it depends on the visa officer who will assess your file. He may or may not consider this as full time job. If your file gets through completeness check and you get file number then you can submit additional reference letter to minimise further risk. Good luck

can you guys please tell me how the transaction exactly looks like. i mean the exact name of the immigration uses when they charge the creedit card

It will be charged with the following name.
"CITIZENSHIP & IMM FSW SYDNEY NS"
But it can be appended with some other description depending on your bank.

Hello guys,
Finally the good news is here. Got the PER email just now.

Few pointers.....i was stuck with WES duplicate report. Thats why i guess there was a delay. So, anyone who gets the email for duplicate report, please dont worry, and order another online. It takes only 5 minutes.

Secondly, the DD date shown in the mail is exactly a week before the bank declared. Therefore, our take home is that if some ones dd is not cleared you need not worry as banks will take atleast a weeks time to display in their systems.

Thirdly, i was fortunate to have people in the forum as well in my friend circle and in particular one of my cousin to guide me to the fact that sending the complete documentation is of utmost importance. So, please people send complete documentation.

Fourthly,please make extensive use of cover letters. They play a big role.

Fifth, please take car of the experience letters. They should highlight what CIC wants to read.

Sixth, use as many annexures as you want if space is less.

Seventh, take advice of our forumites wherever you ar stuck.

Eighth, have fun(this is the only thing i missed out for last three months)

Ok, let me comment on the job duty of yours. It is clearly 2281. I am surprise why did you apply for 2171 earlier. Your list of duties looks well but there are some scope of improvement.

For example this two point below -
4. Installation, configuration and administration on high end CISCO routers and switches.

5. Installation, configuration and administration of VPN's and Lease lines.

Here your repeating same keyword repeatedly in two point. These should be in one complex sentence.

Also can you make the points a little more descriptive. And don't just say LAN, say it like Local Area Network(LAN), for some abbreviation(but not all) which might be uncommon to a non tech person.

Also add some extra point like you mange a team or work in a team environment.

By cover letter i meant that it should be used when we need to substantiate something
Their basic use is making things comfortable for the review officer.

They are not compulsory though.

It is 23 points for Masters, if the same has been evaluated by a designated agency , for example WES ( World Education Services)
