It is 23 points for Masters, if the same has been evaluated by a designated agency , for example WES ( World Education Services)

so if WES evaluates my pgdm as equivalent as to masters in canada I'm gonna get 23 ? have you had your PG evaluated

Finally I got my PER mail

First I thought it was a regular news from cic, but the email id was something different, I opened it and was surprised to see that it was a PER Mail. I was shocked in the beginning, then I checked my name and address and then confirmed it as my PER.

Congratulations to all who got PER and All the best for those waiting.

Please, help me from here guys, because I have applied independently no consultancy, I dont know the process. from here

PER Received : Aug 15....our great independence day

more or less gives some inside to number of applications.

however the assumption of 30% is still not sure. my feeling is it could be anywhere between 15% to 30 % so instead of assuming at higher side, if we go by around 25% would be good and 20% would be good conservative value.

Also, CIC update do not include all 7th May PER, Some received after CIC update.

Anyway I am not trying to find holes here, your attempt is good.

Guys as i said earlier :

As per Spreadsheet :

Total Application received in Spreed sheet are approximate 30% of world wide application received at CIO.

According to this:

Total Application received in Spreed sheet from 1 May - 7 May 2014 = 323

Total Application received World wide from 1 May - 7 May 2014 = 30% + 70% = 323 + 753 = 1076

-------------------------------------------------

Total Application received in Spreed sheet from 8 May - 15 May 2014 = 387

Total Application received World wide from 8 May - 15 May 2014 = 30% + 70% = 387 + 903 = 1290

-------------------------------------------------


So Assuming world wide application received :

First week of May = 1076
second week of May = 1290

So counted application showing on website - "Total received toward the overall cap: 887 of 25,000" are PER's received are out of 1076 application sent around the world.

My NOC is 2133 (Electrical and Electronic Engineers) and I can apply in October only because only then I will get 11 points for experience making my total points 68. Do you think the cap will last by then ?

My application reached on the same day but it was not signed for by any individual just showing signed....

Really? A cause for your concern alone perhaps? And you know this based on your 1+ years work experience? Word for the Wise (no pun intended): Bros abeg don't drink paracetamol for another person's headache! Debit Cards and Credit Cards are not and will never be the same.

NEW APPLICANTS: please use a Credit Card or a Bank Draft as the instruction glaringly says on the form...

credit card is to be used when you need credit or loan or somthing.....debit card is to be used when you have money and they can debit it from your account .....
