WES gives 2 originals, one you can send it to CIC, one you can keep it for you for later use.

How do differenciate a WES report copy from the original? I got in the WES envelope 2 papers exactly the same.
Or did you mean that you send a photocopy?

Shout out to everyone who've got their masters degree evaluated there is ambiguity around points for masters/PGDM for non-medical degrees.

can anybody pls confirm if you get 23 or 22 points for masters or PG in business management

It is 23 points for Masters, if the same has been evaluated by a designated agency , for example WES ( World Education Services)

I believe this would be wrong!! Most probably you'll get an equivalency of Bachelor's Degree (4 years) for your Masters,

so, that alone will get you only 21 points

combined with that if you're getting another degree evaluated and that also gets an equivalency of a minimum of Bachelor's degree (3years) then you'll get 22 points

I have applied under noc 1113 stock broker

in the reference letter my company has given they have mentioned the date since i am working as authorised person with them and agree to abide by the rules and regulation of SEBI as well as company. there is no salary as brokers work on commissions

secondly Certificate from regulatory is in itself is govt document and also anybody can check my registration certificate on NSE website.

isn't it enough sir.

please advise

why are you not considering reapplying under same category

cic sent my app on 12th aug.. so m very sure it will tak 2 months or more to reach me.. as i hav applied under FSW2013 also and received my app after 2.5 months coz cap has reached.. if i get my app in oct, den i guess it would be a wise decision to apply in 2015 express system as no one can guess wen the cap wud be filled.. and i dnt want to get my app back again.. coz applyin again in nov/dec is too risky.. meanwhile i ll b busy wid my xamz in nov. and dis time i want to do all the R&D by myself rather den my consultant..

so i just need a bit of advice from seniors here.. wot do u say.. 2015 is not a bad option..even dey are promising to complete widin 6 months..major diff is dt dey will judge as per the skills not the FIFO basis.. plz guide wot shud i do..

Few questions on the forms brothers

Generic form

1. I have completed and validated the form. However, there are sections which have been greyed out. Do I still have to write N/A after printing?

Schedule A Background/Declaration

2. Q2. Your full name written in your native language or script

My native language (Swahili) has the same alphabets as English. Therefore name is written the same way as English. Should I write N/A or My full name using the English alphabets?

3. Some sections such as Government positions, Military services are not applicable to me. I know I will write "NONE" should I write this in each box or is the first raw enough?

Anybody to share with me a sample cover letter? I will not copy/paste but just to get an idea.

I know these may be stupid questions but I just want to make sure everything is right
