Kindly can some one plz guide me:
I am planning to send my package today my Generic form's footer is IMM 0008(06-2014)E which I downloaded for CIC website a week and a half days ago and which still appears on their website.
I have been sent a link thru this forum of IMM 0008(07-2014) a month a go
Now i am informed that there is an august generic form.
If any one knows where can i get this august form cuz i cant find it. ALso if it isnt there which should i fill 06-2014 OR 07-2014

Make an affidavit with all 3 names that person is same then you will be okay... You will get the content from lawyer..

My name is mentioned in the passport and other relevant documents such as PAN CARD, matriculation crtificate as HARSHARN SINGH except my degree and post degree mentioned as HARSHARN SINGH SAINI. Apart from this, my experience letter of having 6 years of experince that was got name as HARSHARAN SINGH.

Would this cause any problem for my application. Do i need to send any affidavit saying that all are my names only ? or is there also have option to declare my all names on english newspapers?

Hi guys,

My question is as to how long do we have to maintain the balance required to be shown. Am a single applicant. What if after getting the statement, I use some money from the account?? What are the consequences in such situation?? Can we deposit money again after using. What is likely to happen?

Is it ok if I show balance from a joint account where I am the first account holder and my mom is the secondary holder. Am asking this because when I get a statement form bank, it will mention my name and my mom's name too as secondary account holder.

I am preparing the documents to apply under FSWP in end September. I would like to know about the proof of funds Would I be required to show them at the time of submitting my application or they are required at later stage after acceptance of the application?
in form of account statement or any balance statement at that particular time would be required?

Pof has to be send with application....
If your fund is old then you can send bank statements for 6 months and balance certificate but if your fund is recently added then i would suggest you to submit balance certificate...

Before a query...a quick overview..NOC 2232, app received on 12th may, got rejected on 18th july and received app back on 31st July.

Okay, so this time, my form was filled with a UCI no. by the VO herself (yea, a lady..her name was Katie ), but the no. is creating confusion. It has got a symbol like 'PHI' in mathematics and a no. 5 is looking like 'S'. blame her for her writing... :-X :-X...so..Can someone tell me how a standard UCI no. looks like so that i can match it with mine and fill it in my new app form...thanx

That's the error I get when I try to validate a form without Fax number.

I found the solution. Download a new form but don't tick any check boxes which are not applicable. Because if you tick any unwanted check box from a pair (Eg: YES or NO), then you wont be able to clear the selection. If you wont tick such options, then validation will go through without problems.

Though the footer is showing 06-2004, dependent type has been added (Dependent Type 1 & Dependent Type 2. Last modified is showing 08/05/2014 1:52 PM).

A standard UCI is an 8 digit number: 12345678
So that S is definitely 5 and you can ignore that symbol

no worries saini saab, ur name in the passport should match with the BC or any educational certificate carrying ur DOB. so i don't think that would be an issue. Seniors correct me if i am wrong.

Without that phi how many digits remain? if the answer is 7
then for sure this phi is nothing but a 0... Some people have habit of putting a line in there

Thanks for the information. I have queries pertaining to schedule 3 economic classes:

1. Question 7: Language.
Is your accompanying spouse proficient in English or French

(In my case, my spouse is non accompanying. If I write Yes to the above question, it asks for IELTS test result which she has not given. So should I write No to the above question)

2. Question 11: Settlement funds
Indicate the total amount of funds in Canadian Dollars.

(In my case, my account is in PKR, and its not a forieng account. I have use exchange rate and write the amount in Canadian dollars. Is it neccessary to have acount in canadian dollars)

3. Question 12: Work Experience
The column of main duties is very limited. Is it possible I write 'attached on a separate sheet' for main duties, and put a separate sheet and write main duties.
