I am submitting a new application (previous application has spouse birth certificate missing). Please see below cover letter, your advice/suggestions required:

I, (), born on () applied for FSW application received by CIC on July 3, 2014. However, I made a mistake in my application as copy of original birth certificate of my spouse was left missing. Therefore, I am submitting a new application. I have enclosed my completed application forms with required supporting documents.

Along with above information, i suggest you write other vital info about your app as well. Jaxon has on previous page given a wonderful cover letter format. You can re-use it with appropriate modifications.

here i need to write all the occupation i had held during past 10 years. i worked in the same occupation for 5 years (approx) in 3 different companies of same employer.
so please guide me,

should i write here all 3 time-period separately OR i should combined the time period for all 3 companies and should write the occupation + NOC code + cumulative Experience 5+.....please guide me

There is a name difference (last name) in my educational docs and passport and some other company docs. Could someone pls provide a sample affidavit for the name mismatch?

Ashif bhai, if i don't write anything in Name of Payer. will it create problem? cause i didn't write anything Sad


I had also leave the name o payer blank and in my dd my name has been written in reference.will it be okay ??

Same goes for u...

Since have sent DD, it should create any issue...So just stay relax....CIC knows that the payer is the Bank...Not u or any other individual person for Bank draft...

Usually when the applicants used DD, this things are ignored.....

This is what is benefit of using DD...

I just have a question, since the process flow clearly indicates that ECAS is updated after PER, is it safe to assume that those who has their ECAS updated (received application on xxx date) has maybe, 99% clear chance of getting PER?

I am planning to apply for FSW 2014. I have following queries so please anyone help me out.


My name is mentioned in the passport and other relevant documents such as PAN CARD, matriculation crtificate as HARSHARN SINGH except my degree and post degree mentioned as HARSHARN SINGH SAINI. Apart from this, my experience letter of having 6 years of experince that was got name as HARSHARAN SINGH.

Would this cause any problem for my application. Do i need to send any affidavit saying that all are my names only ? or is there also have option to declare my all names on english newspapers?

do we need to attest the english copy of the PCC from the foreign affairs of the country that issued it?

There is no need to attest pcc because original pcc is acceptable

Hello All,

If I'm understanding it properly, rejected applications are reaching back much faster than they took last year giving you another chance to re-apply. Hope this brings some hope for those who have made minor mistakes in their application.

P.S I'm an 12th May applicant and have not yet been charged on my CC. And yes I'm hoping I don't get rejected as I personally dint find any mistake rest all is in God's hand.
