Thank God your Mom is asking and that too just for PER... My Wife directly asks me that when are we going to Canada... She does not want to listen anything about PER, AOR etc etc... :'( :'( So, you can say to your Mom if all goes well final decision will be made by Apr-May 2015 for you..
To explain further you can say that if "I would have sent my application on 1st May and also if my VO would have been CPC-O then I would have got the PR by now instead of PER"...
And simple explaination is that CIC is reviewing 5 to 10 applications per day but inflow of application is 30 to 40 per day and therefore there is a backlog...
If nothing works then switch off your phone or add "Call Forwarding" to CIC customer center number and your Mom will directly talk to CIO and scold then what they are doing..

No. PCC needs to be submitted in original anyways. make sure you don't send the copy.

U will need to write is " NOT APPLICABLE".

Since u r not the payer in this case.....

1. Yes salary slips and offer letter will suffice for that...But the whole exp acceptance is depended on Case officer.....

2. No u need not to do translation...This will be acceptable...

Yes this is depending on the case officer buddy...

Since have sent DD, it should create any issue...So just stay relax....CIC knows that the payer is the Bank...Not u or any other individual person for Bank draft...

I am preparing the documents to apply under FSWP in NOC 4011 University professors and lecturers end September. After completing my bachelor of technology (B tech) in 2005 immediately I joined engineering college as an Assistant lecturer full time, the college is affiliated to JAWAHRLAL NHERU TECHNOLOGICAL UNIVERSITY AND after 2007 I was head of the department till 2011 in the same college. And from 2011 from now I am not doing anything as I am on maternity and have to look after my two sons

I have some questions below please I would be thankful if anyone can help me out.

1. Will I be eligible to apply in FSWP NOC 4011? With my experience from 2005 to 2011
2. What point will I get to show my experience from 2005 to 2011
3. What do I need to show after 2011 as I don’t have any job,
4. Is present job is mandatory? To show
5. As my job was in engineering college but it was directly affiliated to university will that acceptable?

I had also leave the name of payer blank and in my dd my name has been written in reference.will it be okay ??since it has said different from principal applicants.

The one available on their website is IMM 0008 (06-2014)E but I also have one which some one had posted me on this forum with a footer of (07-2014). I have been informed of August forms plz do send me their link. Feel like pulling my hair out. EVen medical studies werent this tough
