Much appreciated sir.

Asif,
When you say PR is of year of validity, do u mean its landing in Canada within one year of PR issue date? If yes then what would be its validity if we make entry within one year?

It is expected that the eligible NOC you are applying under is the NOC you will practice in Canada so put your NOC title.

Brother
Generic application form

my currect occupation is University lecturer shall i write University lecturer or NOC title (University professors and lecturers) there also as u said to write University professors and lecturers in intended occupation

plz clarify

I know Pipis Husband is supporting a lot for members like me, I wish i could give u +1000

thanks :D :D

My Mom calls me and asks me "you told you will first notification in 2 months (PER), what happened ." ..
How do I explain , how much time it will take to get a PER.

Sad story of a 6th June Applicant. :(

Thank God your Mom is asking and that too just for PER... My Wife directly asks me that when are we going to Canada... She does not want to listen anything about PER, AOR etc etc... :'( :'( So, you can say to your Mom if all goes well final decision will be made by Apr-May 2015 for you..
To explain further you can say that if "I would have sent my application on 1st May and also if my VO would have been CPC-O then I would have got the PR by now instead of PER"...
And simple explaination is that CIC is reviewing 5 to 10 applications per day but inflow of application is 30 to 40 per day :-) and therefore there is a backlog...
If nothing works then switch off your phone or add "Call Forwarding" to CIC customer center number and your Mom will directly talk to CIO and scold then what they are doing.. :P :P

hi
i would be very thankfull if anyone help me to answer some of my questions.
I am preparing the documents to apply under FSWP in end September. I would like to know about the proof of funds Would I be required to show them at the time of submitting my application or they are required at later stage after acceptance of the application?
in form of account statement or any balance statement at that particular time would be required?
regards

you must include the POF with your application.

the POF may be your account statement or balance statement. in both cases they must be stamped by your bank and must be issued recently (a couple of days prior sending your application will be best)

there is a chance after your application is accepted and transfered to the visa office that the visa office will ask for an updated statement.

Application reached 6th June, i visit the forum once a week to see the date of CC charge and looks like it's still stuck before 12th May. Guess its going to be a long wait.

@ visa_4all

Although both are acceptable but i would have used "University lecturer", which is one of the Job Titles under the NOC.
brother,

NOC title is University professors and lecturers

current occupation - University Lecturer ( or should i write University professors and lecturers)
Intended occupation - University professors and lecturers (exact NOC title or shall i write University lecturer)

thanks

Buddy,

1. Yes salary slips and offer letter will suffice for that...But the whole exp acceptance is depended on Case officer.....:)

2. No u need not to do translation...This will be acceptable...
