Reference letters from ex-managers are fine even if not on letterhead. Applicants should explain why a letter from the company was not available.

Get a personal letter from a former manager or someone who worked with you who was in a position to know your duties. Explain to CIC why a letter from your company wasn't available.

Ok, as we've got a very positive feedback for the new spreadsheet sorting order idea, it's implemented now. Enjoy :)

For those who have missed the discussion, in short, all the news for a particular application status are now at the top of each colored section.

Just in case someone still needs the old sorting order, it's available now as a filter view: "Data -> Filter Views -> Sort by Application Status, NOC and Received date and time".
