@Manish,

I have done 10th and 12th Std in Stateboard and marksheets of both do not have my parents name. That was the format earlier when i studied.

I am not sure of CBSE marksheet (or) certificate.

As our seniors suggested, it will be BETTER if your spouse's marksheet contains DOB and her parent's name. Since i do not have later, i have provided more docs for the proof of my parents.

I am really not sure of what CIC would consider for it. Hence Please keep up the confidence and Pray to GOD. :) :)

CIC's Guide tells you what alternatives are acceptable. I suggest you read the Guide and document checklist very carefully.

If you don't submit the birth certificate or one of the alternatives deemed acceptable by CIC, your application WILL be rejected. There have been confirmed cases of rejection for this.

If there is absolutely no way you can provide ANY of the acceptable alternatives--and I find that hard to believe, but I suppose it's possible--you should explain to CIC why, and it better be a very good explanation. Very risky.

Did you provide any alternative considered acceptable by CIC? If not, then why not? It's right there in the document checklist.

We have seen previous cases of applications rejected for this. I'm sorry to say it is almost certain your application will be returned.

I only provided photocopies of bank statements and for two accounts only screen shots (investment accounts that do not issue regular statements). My DD has already been cashed. You're fine.
